The Key Finding for Trail Runners

Circuito Huemul, Patagonia: 4-day expedition alongside the Southern Patagonian ice field. All other participants wore mountaineering boots. I wore the Hoka Speedgoat. I had more grip and I moved faster because the shoes weigh less.

This is the test no marketing budget can run. It requires actually doing the expedition, with the shoe, in the conditions. The data exists because I was there.

"Everyone else had mountaineering boots. I went with Speedgoat. More grip, faster — because the shoe is lighter."
