What a Long-Term
Garmin Athlete
Actually Looks Like

6.4 years. 99.5% daily wear. 4,280 activities. 51,468 km. Not because of a deal — because nothing else comes close.

To the Garmin Partnerships Team

My name is Enzo Duit. I have worn a Garmin watch every single day since February 2020 — 6.4 years, 99.5% daily coverage, verified directly from Garmin Connect API. I have run 111.6 km through the Pyrenees and finished with 60% battery. I have navigated the Atacama Desert, the Austrian Alps, and the Patagonian Ice Field with Garmin GPS. I have never been paid to say any of this. I am writing to you now because the partnership that should have existed years ago doesn't exist yet.

The battery story: every other athlete in those races was managing power. I was not. At the finish of Val d'Aran — 111.6 km, 6,060 m of elevation, full GPS navigation — the Enduro 3 showed 60% battery. That is not a feature. That is peace of mind at kilometre 90 when you still have 20 to go.

The Only Days Without the Watch

The Garmin step data shows four days without data in 6+ years: late April 2025. I was surfing in Costa Rica. A wave took me under. When I came up, I was lucky to be alive — and the watch was gone.

"I was furious. Not because of the watch itself, but because my Seattle runs right after were never recorded. Those are gone. I still think about it."

That is what 6.4 years of daily wear looks like. The loss was not the device — it was the data. If your partnerships team is looking for an athlete who genuinely uses Garmin as life infrastructure rather than sports equipment, this is the story.

Why This Matters for Garmin

Most brand ambassadors start with a deal. The endorsement comes first, then the use. What I am offering is the inverse: 6.4 years of authentic daily use across UTMB-level ultras, alpine expeditions, and everyday life — all before any commercial relationship exists.

The Garmin watch has been used for navigation in the Atacama Desert, the Patagonian Ice Field, and the Austrian Alps — in locations where there is no phone signal and no alternative. That is the product story that no staged partnership can manufacture. It already happened. I already documented it. The data is in your own system.

I run the Agentic Living platform at agentic-living.com, where I document the tools I actually use for extreme endurance and remote work. The Garmin Enduro 3 is central to that stack — not because it was sent to me, but because nothing else performs at this level over this duration.

Let's Build This

If you are on the Garmin partnerships or ambassador team and want to talk, I am straightforward to reach. This partnership should have started years ago. Better late than never.
