Most brand partnerships start with a pitch, a follower count, or a race result. This one starts with data. Six and a half years of it — pulled directly from the Garmin API.
Enzo Duit is a UTMB-level ultra runner, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker based between Europe and South America. He runs ultras of 90–111 km. He has used GPS navigation in the Atacama Desert, the Austrian Alps, and alongside the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. He does not own any GPS device other than his Garmin. He has never been paid to say any of this.
He has recommended the Garmin Enduro 3 to friends in Austria, Argentina, and Silicon Valley. He does not know exactly how many of those recommendations converted into purchases. He stopped counting.
